Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my item(s)?
Many of our items are custom made.  Even though we try to complete your order in 1-2 weeks, please allow up to 4 weeks for collars and jackets.  If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us and we will do what we can.
How do you ship my item(s)?
We ship USPS Priority Mail.

Why is my shipping charge so high?!?
PayPal is a wonderful, secure service. However, their system is not overly robust.  When I review your order, if you have been grossly overcharged for shipping, I will automatically refund you the excess shipping charges.

What is a Martingale Collar?
The Martingale collar, also known as the Greyhound collar, was designed to prevent Sighthounds, who have narrow heads, from slipping or backing out of their collar.   The Martingale collar is worn loose and comfortable and closes up or tightens when engaged. In the correct size this collar never chokes your dog.  It tightens just enough to prevent your dog from escaping.  The Martingale is made with a large loop which goes around the dog's neck and a smaller loop which is attached to the leash by a D-Ring and is pulled taunt, making the collar tighten.
